Account Manager & Trade Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager & Trade Marketing Manager to drive the success of effective trade marketing and promotional activities of the company. And to create long-term, trusting relationships with our multi brands accounts. The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned brands, develop new business from existing brands and actively seek new sales opportunities. An ideal candidate is an exemplary team leader, is very strategic, knows the market and consumers well, and has experience driving growth.

If you are familiar with CRM, have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales target.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop trade marketing strategies aligned with the group strategy
  • Develop trade marketing planning to achieve sales target within budget allocated
  • Act as the key liaison between multi-brand and the group’s distribution channels and end customers
  • Overseeing brand account management, including negotiating promotion, actions, FOC’s, extra budget to sell out… and agreements to sales and maximize profit
  • Negotiate contracts with new brands and close agreements within budget to maximize profits
  • Develop new business with existing brands and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target
  • Forecast and track key account metrics for stock/sales/promo (half year ahead for sales results and forecasts)
  • Establish CRM scenario & Maintain customer relationships for future purchases
  • Close cooperation with other department to prepare planning
  • Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store off line and online 
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate to create and research for new product development
