KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 40% Sales – Required KPIs
- Create leads
- Schedule appointments for tours and program consultations
- Provide tours and program consultations
- Present and close the sale
- 40% Wellness Coaching – Required KPIs
- Develop personalized programs for clients
- Coach clients through workouts
- Provide lifestyle and nutrition coaching
- 20% Admin
- Manage a schedule for clients and sales
- Complete required paperwork for the sales process
- Update client files
- Follow-up phone calls
TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years’ experience working as a personal trainer, or equivalent, in the fitness industry
- 1-year experience in a sales position
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service attitude
- Must speak English and communicate clearly
